What Does the Registration Fee Include?

Conference Payment Policy
Early bird registration fee must be paid by January 16, 2024. All other conference registration fees must be received by February 14, 2024.
Conference Cancellation Policy
If you deferred your early bird registration fee, it must be paid by January 16, 2024. All other conference fees must be received by February 14, 2024.
All notification of cancellations must be received in writing via email no later than 30 calendar days prior to the first day of the conference to be eligible for refund. Refunds, minus a $100 processing fee, will be given for cancellations received at least 30 calendar days prior to the first day of the conference. Refunds will not be granted for any notification received after this date. However, you may request a substitution for another attendee from your college or institution.
Photo/Video Release
By completing the CCBA Conference 2024 registration and payment process, the attendee authorizes the use and reproduction of any and all photographs and/or video taken of the attendee during the CCBA 2024 Conference for any purpose, without compensation. All images and digital files are owned by the Community College Baccalaureate Association, which reserves the right to use these photographs and/or video for digital and print publications and materials. The attendee hereby reports that he/she is 18 years of age or older and has read and understood the terms of this release.
