At Yavapai College, we believe student success starts with faculty support. As our School of Business baccalaureate program grows, we are developing a Faculty Hub?a centralized, digital resource designed to ensure consistency, connection, and instructional quality across a large full-time and adjunct faculty team.

Grounded in leadership principles from The Leadership Challenge by Kouzes and Posner, the Faculty Hub promotes a culture of clarity, collaboration, and shared purpose. It includes essential tools for onboarding, RSI (regular and substantive interaction) compliance, assessment, syllabus development, course prep, and peer engagement?all structured to empower faculty and align them with the college?s student success mission.

Set to fully launch in Fall 2025, the Faculty Hub has been shaped through intentional pre-launch engagement with faculty and leadership. It is built for scalability and sustainability, with shared responsibility for ongoing updates and support. By the time of the 2026 CCBA Conference, it will serve as a tested and replicable model for building faculty culture in support of strong student outcomes.
